Will computers stop working when the license is expired?
No, the license is permanent and you'll be able to work with your installation the same way. A current license allows you to install new releases and open support cases.

I don't have a license, can I contact you to get support?
We will always try to help non-customers on a 'best effort' basis.

How can I open a support case?
Just fill in the Open Case form and we will reply as soon as possible.

Can I try Host Provisioning Services?
Clic on 'Request a trial' and we will email you a 60-day license file, all features will be available to try.

I have changed the name of the server where it was installed. How can I get a new license?
You need to open a support case with the new information, and we will send you the updated license.

Host Provisioning comes from necessity. After working for many years with diskless solutions in servers, we really wanted the same thing with clients: one image to run them all, but we couldn't afford the licensing costs for virtual desktops solutions and diskless platforms are not thought for many many computers (network admins would yell at you!). So, what could we do?, create our own platform!.
